It?s very clean, breakfast, coffee, and fruit-water included. Very dog friendly.

The hotel is very family friendly, which is great. However children begin making a LOT of noise at daybreak (or earlier). This is my 3rd visit, and each time this was an issue. I would recommend that the 5th floor be adults only.

Very clean! I loved how coffee was always available! The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

The only thing I did not like was the size of the pool. I have 3 children who swam at least 3 times during our stay and the pool was very deceiving in pictures.

Location

The grab bar in the shower is right where you stand. It is the worst hotel ahower experience I¿ve had in a long time. Elbow is seriously bruised.

Breakfast and location

Our room was sub par. The Windows in room 212 faced a structure that was in the front of the building. No view at all.

Great, convenient location. New. Staff helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was fantastic, several steps up from continental. Lobby has a small complimentary tea and coffee station, and a snack bar you can purchase from.

Parking was slightly confusing.

The hotel was on the canal which was perfect bc we came to fish! So clean and friendly and stellar breakfast included We will be back next year

good value for the money

we stayed a second night in a different room, the second room the soap and a wash cloth was aready used in the bathroom. This left my wife and I wondering how well it was really cleaned. It did appear cleaned otherwise.

It was brand new, everything was in good! Great view outback on patio while eating breakfast! Good service.

Wanted to extend our stay but prices doubled for a Friday night (parking lot view), so we had to change hotels.

Enormous continental breakfast, immensely clean rooms, and the location: right near the 4th of July parade going on at the time, and other places of interest.

Can't think of anything I disliked.

Not a path for bikes or handicapped to go onto the canal road from hotel property . They have a stairway, but they need level pathway for handicapped and bikers

The room was spacious

The breakfast buffet was not great and no Gatorade in the concierge store

It was newer and appeared clean for the most part.

Washing machine out of order with no real resolution date. Staff friendliness inconsistent person to person.

It was very clean.

There was a horrible noise in the room from the fridge that kept us up all night.

Nothing - We were sent to 3 rooms to find each of them dirty. The front staff were not helpful and only talked about their difficult schedules. We were very disappointed.

The fact that 2 of the rooms we were sent to were dirty and not made up, the third room had dirty laundry in the drawers and the bathroom sink-dirty. The 3rd room did not have their blue seal/cleanliness on it so I doubt it was clean. Very disgusting.
