My door would not deadbolt. There was no additional lock for security. When I asked for assistance from front desk I was told ¿I¿m a big guy and I can¿t break in, you will be fine¿. I used a chair to brace door as I was staying alone. Not impressed

No breakfast even though it advertised that they did offer breakfast. Waited over 90 minutes for to check-in.

The person at the front desk was nice and helpful, but he wasn't there for some of the time - you have to call. The room was dingy and we found an article of clothing from a previous guest under a table which made us wonder if the room was cleaned at all.

Yes, the front desk Indian guy was very rood and very mean. I don¿t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy if you don¿t stay on the first floor. There is no elevator to go to the 2nd floor. Very difficult to carry anything heavy to the 2nd floor.

The lights in the bathroom didn¿t work. The air conditioner was ineffective and the room got too warm. The breakfast was barely functional. The only hot food was a waffle if you felt like having it. This place is pretty spartan.

They mislead me with open restaurant and free breakfast service to book the room. I didn't know which hotel until after booking is confirmed. I call the hotel once I know which hotel is. They told me the restaurant has been closed for over a year.

Clean, friendly staff! they communicated clearly. Due to Covoid outbreak we were given a snack bag instead of breakfast. It was appreciated by us!

We liked everything about this hotel! We had been traveling for 5 nights and this was the best place of all.

Clean updated room and location. Checked in late at night, staff was very nice.

Soft mattress-somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment. I think they put the food out and never checked again. Out of milk for cereal, eggs were just about out and not good, ran out of sausage.

Big, clean room. Good location. Reasonable price. Better than average free breakfast.

It's proximity to the Mass Maritime Academy where our grandson graduated.

There was no handicap accessibility and the staff did not offer to help with the bags (my husband walks with a cane) P.S. I am Rosemarie from Newburyport, MA not Norwalk, Conn.

Hotel was under renovations, no elevator to get luggage to second floor, no offer of assistance from staff for help. Computers were down when I checked in & desk clerk was very flustered. No coffee creamer or sugar to go with the coffee maker in room

The front desk staff was amazing, extremely friendly and willing to help with the area! The tavern was okay, but great because it's attached and you didn't have to go far! The breakfast was what I thought it would be, just a few breakfast items but good!!

We came back as the cleaners just finished our room. We only got new towels, garbage wasn't changed nor were our beds made.

The hotel was very easy to find off the Bourne bridge.

I did not realize it was being renovated. The tavern was not quite what I expected it to be. A little dingy. However, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. For one night it served the purpose- a nice bed, TV & a clean bathroom.

They were having a fund raiser.every room was booked.and I thought..this is going to be a mad house.I was pleasantly surprised.not loud .well organized and it seems everything went well.

I¿m not a fan of ¿day passes¿ for the pool area. They took up the whole pool area.
