Staybridge Suites Boston - Burlington

Coffee bar had dark roast.

They say construction was done in 2025. The elevator hallway is a joke. There was no hand cloths. No extra toilet paper and the hallways were cluttered with cleaning staff all the time.

Beds were amazing. Best sleep I’ve had at a hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Clean, friendly service with beautiful facilities and modern, exceptional rooms. Having free laundry facilities is a fantastic amenity and having a laundry basket in the room was a wonderful touch. We will definitely be back!

The only down side was breakfast. It was very crowded, the selection was scarce, and orange juice was not available because the machine was out. It wasn't terrible, but can definitely be improved upon.

Friendly and professional staff. Extremely clean. Full free breakfast. Free dinner 3 nights a week in a comfortable common area. Full kitchen in the room. The room was large and comfortable. Nice outdoor courtyard. Grounds nicely maintained.

Staff was very friendly. they really went out of their way to make sure that guests were happy. The free breakfast was phenomenal: eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and a bunch of pastires

Staff were awful. Gave us keys to a room already occupied by another family so we walked in on a family half dressed with our children, housekeeping tried to barge in on us at 7 am for no reason and were very rude

Loved having a kitchen, super close to several groceries and restaurants. Staff was super nice. The gentleman who worked evenings always made you feel welcome and was very helpful and friendly.

My parents spent 6 days recently here. Fast check-in, friendly staff, clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast they got was plenty for them. They are retired and traveling a lot around the world and they had a good experience here.

The staff was great. the location was close to restaurants and shopping.

Website does not match what you get. Breakfast was continental with little choices. No smoothie bar. Hotel is undergoing a renovation and is in need of repair. We had to change rooms because our door did not lock and the elevator is questionable at best.

Location of hotel was convenient to highway and restaurants 25 minute drive to Salem

The Room had an unpleasant odor to it, The first thing we did was open the windows, We asked the front desk if we could have an extra pillow, our request was denied. Seemed like the room had the bare minimum cleaning. Paint peeling from the walls.

This hotel was dirty. Hallways carpets were filthy and had scattered animal stains up and down the hallway (4th floor). The room itself had peeling paint in the bathrooms and was in need of an update. We were afraid to even sit on the couch.

I didn't like any of it and would never stay there again or recommend it.
