Pros +
- Walking out the door knowing we were not staying there!
- Great location
- It's location for what I needed. It was within easy reach of the airport and near public transport.
Cons -
- It was a bait and switch from the start. We booked near Fenway, they put us 4 miles away. It was musty, dusty, frigidly cold with a window unit ac on the ground floor in Boston. So unsafe. Staff was rude and uninformed. We didn?t stay. Beware this place.
- I didn't like that there wasn't someone at the desk when we arrived. The building needs a lot of maintenance. The window in our room wouldn't close. There weren't enough parking spots in the lot, so we paid $33 to park on the street.
- The reception. I saw it maned once, so it was near impossible to ask questions or find out anything I might have wanted to know. It also made it hard to speak about check out times and when I got someone on the phone, they didn't relay the info to others.
