The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston

Lobby was cool and history of the old jail was very interesting. Free coffee in the lobby.

Check in was not good and set a negative tone for the stay. Not really luxury hotel. There was not anything that stood out as real luxury in my opinion. It was. Nice but nothing spectacular.

Location, parking, club like atmosphere, no coffee maker in room, very short staffed

Excellent service from the moment we walked in until we left. My friend threw her back out and we called the front desk and one of the staff walked over to the hospital next door and got her a wheel chair and brought it up to our room. Very nice of them.

Hotel is in a great location and is really neat.

It is not clean. For a 5 start hotel I would expect for there to be no mold in the bathroom. The bed feels like a little bit of padding on top of some plywood.

Very updated style for a historic location

The Television would not connect to the interval wifi so you could not stream entertainment options. The Shower was small and the water was underpowered.

Room was not the best, bed was hard, no refrigerated storage. Location was not ideal for tourism

It was RIGHT on the highway

I was charged multiple times after my stay The tv doesn?t work I was move to other room in the night because the tv doesn?t work properly, they need verify everything before rent a room.

The only thing I could complain about is the price of breakfast at Clink. The food was delicious, but the bill was $70.00 for 1 slice of toast, 2 cups of coffee, 1 cup of tea, and yogurt parfait with a side of bacon and sausage.

Everything. Clean, spacious room with comfy bed, well appointed bathroom. Free coffee and tea in the morning.

The front desk let me check in early and have a late check out. That was very helpful. Also lik the atmosphere of the lobby area. Very cool and fun.

It looked like my hand soap had been used and put back into a worn box, the body lotion also looked like it has been used. My toilet got clogged and they said they would send someone up, but nobody ever came to fix it before I checked out.

The location was just what I wanted. The soaking tub was wonderful and the room was spotless.

Outside noise of Highway and hospital was very loud. At 5:30 in the morning there was a very very loud delivery truck under my window. For the price I paid it was what I expected.

the elevator is extremely loud, kept us up all night and we were four rooms down from the elevator.

Way overpriced for value. Phones didn¿t work. No in room dining services. Had to call the hotel for info. was told parking was $65 a night, but charged $71. In addition my car wasn¿t parked in the garage the first night. It was outside all night. more¿¿.

The staff is very welcoming & friendly. The lobby smells lovely. The rooms are very clean. The location is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will return!

Near an MBTA station (Mass General)

I had a broken wrist, so a free local shuttle would have helped a great deal, since I had a scooter I had to push around one-handed: had broken wrist by falling off scooter, and was trying to get surgery at nearby Mass General Hospital.
