Pros +
- It was close to some restaurants. That was the only positive about this place.

- location, location, location 1/2 block off the Commons, 1/2a block to the T and Washington Street, close to Chinatown and walkable to everything!! pillows, beds!, wifi, smart tv so we could sign into Netflix, ample hooks
Cons -
- It was like in 2009 when people would list their dorm rooms on AirBnB before schools stopped allowing it. I should not have paid $--- a night to sleep on the world's worst flat-pack bed. There wasn't even proper HVAC.
- It smelled, It was dirty, floor was coming up in spots. The shower was the only place I have taken a shower and felt more dirty afterward. The place was an absolute dump and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever.
- Loud window unit AC with an open window. The building smells of all sorts of things.

no water pressure, little to no ho water, no nigh stand on lights near bed other than the over head lighting. the front door lock was broken when we arrived, that did not feel very safe
Location
No staff service, room is not clean. Floor is dirty and sticky. Window blinds are poor quality and does not cover lights from outside. Very bright even at 5 am in the morning. Can't sleep. Also window does not block noise from the street. Very noisy.
Great location.
Window would not close and it was cold outside along with a lot of noise. TV did not have any channels available. The led would come on but no picture. Tried to contact management but they did not respond.
Best thing I can say is the location of the room. Practically in the middle of downtown. A block away from the Commons, plenty of coffee shops, not named Starbucks. A huge shopping plaza with name brand stores around the corner.
Room we stayed in will need a fresh coat of paint, some spackling, and a new couch. The couch in the room is stained. Fully equipped kitchenette is a big plus. Room is fine for sleeping after a day of touring. No staff there is the only negative for me.
Location is very nice.
No Air Conditioning, none at all. Appeared that there are no vents in the room? The Thermostat in the hallway read 82-84(!) all weekend, but was set to "Low Cool" the 48 hours I was there. Called maintenance, they showed up but the issue was not fixed.
Great value for the price. Less than half of what other similar lodgings were charging. Would definitely stay there again. Well furnished room.
That said wi-fi was intermittent and hot water was non existent for 1.5 days. A bit of hassle accessing room (3 codes required and no elevator on final floor). Room also noisy.
Best location in Boston. Walking distance to almost everything, and close to subway/bus stations.
