AC Hotel Boston Downtown

Staff was nice but just hired no one knew anything,

bar was ridiculous, bartender couldn't even make a simple drink vodka and soda?? Bar and Kitchen were closed Sat so we couldn't get food or drinks before a concert, real bummer!!

Location was good, walkable

A majority of the staff were rude and unprofessional, on their phones on instagram, sitting on the hotel bar while giving us attitude about asking for hot water for tea. Mouse running around lounge. Room climate control was broken. Would not return.

Location was nice, the room was neat and clean.

That they don¿t inform their guests about parking.

Clean. Easy to get in and out of. Secure.

The room was stifling hot through the night even though we had the air turned down. It was also pretty noisy. We Could hear the people upstairs walking around and the people talking in the room next to us.

The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of good eats nearby, including my favorite spot for breakfast Tatte. There is also a WholeFoods next door if you need to stock up. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Desk staff excellent.

Oh yes, but just one. The number one reason to like this hotel, is the same reason to dislike this hotel. The traffic noise outside our window made it impossible to get any real sleep.

The room was clean and close to walking to the places.

The toilet did not flush from day one and did mention twice to the front desk. She did offer to send someone to fix but we were too tired to have someone in the room while we were resting. The price I paid did not include breakfast very disappointing.

Clean, spacious for family of 4 adults. Comfortable beds, great wifi, fridge and safe worked well. Front desk was super friendly and let us check in early, with no extra fee! Whole foods next door, a few restaurants, Pete's coffee around the corner!

you should never put the air compressor downstairs it created a norme sound all night all day had to change the room and still could not sleep not very smart architect and you should up great the front door of the room so when you have a lot

Area limited, very hard to locate, gps kept having us make u turn. Parking across street great value, but hard to find initially.

It was comfy and dark for sleeping

It was dirty. There was a shirt left by the couch, the were some dust bunnies behind the chair, hand prints on bathroom door and the sinks had hair in there and were dirty. I asked for a special gift since it was a special trip. They said they’d put chocolate strawberry’s , which is I get is above and beyond. But there were no strawberry’s. Just don’t say you’ll do it you don’t.

Food was good when I finally was able to order it

Lightning/ bartender being there when the bar opened/ high valet price/ frosted glass door to the bathroom/ pull out couch very uncomfortable

Front desk people were very helpful & courteous. The room exceeded our expectations.

Being close to the highway, could hear vehicles go by.

Exceptional Euro style breakfast.Next to Whole Foods was a plus.Included Transit Pass was a bonus.

Not the most convenient location for public transit.

My room was very neat and orderly. It seemed somewhat soundproof. However, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to shut some of the lights in the room. Also, though the bed was comfortable, I felt the mattress was way too soft. The bathroom was large and roomy and the shower was great.

As I set up above, I felt the mattress was too soft. Also, I feel with the money that you are paying if you are coming by car, you should have free parking instead of paying.
