Pros +
- The location and amenities were fantastic, especially for a conference attender. This was much better than staying in a hotel nearby, much more spacious and comfortable.
- Location
- This condo was in the perfect location. Clean, easy to access and the staff were great at communicating. I would stay here again.
Cons -
- The shower knob was backwards or broken somehow. If you turn it to "hot" it was ice cold. Only when I turned it to "cold" did the water heat up. Not a deal breaker, but a note would have been nice.
- Having some tea would be nice. Although they did have coffee.
- Only small detail was the air conditioner in the bedroom. Both sides of it had accordion plastic to hold it. This made for absolutely no noise filter at all.

The location was fabulous. We could do anything or get to anywhere around the city very easy from Newbury Street. It was very neat and clean!

We found our own breakfast - kitchen available in apartment.
An elevator to carry bags to 3rd floor. We managed but could be limiting for those less mobile.
Great location - TONS of restaurants at your doorstep & minutes to Prudential
While not unexpected as the hosts note in the description, it is a lot of stairs & there were 2 roof leaks during the rain storm
Excellent location with tons of restaurants and shops steps away. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed; we loved having a washer and dryer. On Sundays during the summer the street turns into a festival. So fun!
Close to the convention and made for a great anime boston
Parking. Parking was a nightmare in the back between the spot im supposed to park being taken up by the cleaning person and the sign being graffiti'ed over to the point a woman yelled at me for an honest mistake
Location and nicely appointed.
Too many overhead lights v lamps for a warmer, less intense lighting and vibe.
The location is good, and the interior layout and structure of the unit were solid.
The building has no elevator, which made it very difficult to manage with a stroller and heavy luggage. Although the listing mentions parking, there is only one spot available for the entire building, and it’s nearly impossible to reserve. Most concerning of all, we encountered mice every night during our stay, which was extremely unsettling.
We were really pleased with the location. It was a work/vacay trip and we had two toddlers with us. The in unit laundry and dryer were lifesavers. The kitchen we super helpful as our eldest has a sever allergy so eating out is not always an option. Our only real concerns were the windows not having much safety with children. We were 3rd floor and they could be opened enough for a toddler to fall out. Our 4 yr was able to open the windows and move the window up. Thankfully we caught it, but it was on us for assuming the windows were sealed or permanently locked. The other sorta issue was the pullout couch. I would say it's fine for young kids and maybe teens but any adult would have a very hard time sleeping on. It just needs to be replaced or support fixed on the one side as there's about an inch difference in height to one side. Overall an amazing place to stay quiet and safe street for a city.

The room was bright and faced the street. We could open the window and have a nice unwind time after walking all over Boston. The location was perfect for getting everywhere and the little kitchen was just the right size for breakfast and making it feel home like. Bed was comfy the walk up was easy.
Honestly it had everything we needed. #5 was just perfect for our family of 3.
Top notch location. Tastefully remodeled and comfortable. Parking spot in back (when available) was a huge plus.
The refrigerator compressor has a constant, low pitch clicking noise that can be pretty distracting for any guest sleeping in the pullout couch. You may need to look in to maintenance or replacing the fridge. With parking, please make it more obvious that this has to be reserved and purchased separately in advance so that people can book it and not risk having a day or two where they have to scramble to park. Once we had the spot, though, it was great.
Location is good. There’s a washing machine if you need to do your laundry.
Noise.. so much noise I couldn’t sleep for the whole time there. Our apartment was back facing and there were trucks and noise the whole time as if you’re sleeping in the street.Uncomfortable bed.I wish I knew that there were no elevators.. I had to carry heavy luggage by my own three stories.. even though I had a surgery in my leg and that affected me badly. So I don’t recommend staying there if you have injury or if you have heavy luggage.
Fabulous location safe and convenient to public transport and great vibe in the street
Clean and had everything for a home living
A small mouse entered and quickly disappeared
The location was pretty good. Close to shops and restaurants
I didn't like the fact that the property staff charged me $40 for some "damage fee" when there was no damage left by my family. My inquired about a refund was ignored.
Great location, clean facilities. We love all surrounding restaurants, shops and walking roads.
We stay there for 2 weeks but the toilet, bedding and laundery supplies are not enough, even I sent out requests several time, I had to buy them by my own. In addition, there is no elevator, so it is quite hard if you have heavy lugguges
Perfect location! Very easy to check in. Well equipped.
The location was amazing for all we had planned. It’s right in the heart of shopping and within walking distance to all the tourist activities. Staying here made it feel like we were living in Boston versus just staying in Boston.
The stairs! After walking all day, the last thing I wanted was to walk up to the fourth floor. Younger people probably would be more fine with that.
