- Very clean and great location
Cons -
- The slated blinds are broken and need replacing. The control rod doesn't operate the blinds efficiently. For street facing rooms the traffic noise, sirens and people shouting, even in the early hours, requires ear plugs. Windows have to remain closed.
- The bedding was disgusting. Had poop and pubic hair on it. Great location but would not recommend until they clean it.
- A bit small and sparsely furnished. Could be warmed up a bit.

Very clean and great location
A bit small and sparsely furnished. Could be warmed up a bit.
Best thing was location, perfect spot. Parking was actually easy to deal with. The apartment itself was good, clean, comfortable. We never interacted with any staff.
no real complaints ... maybe kitchen a little underwhelming.
Location, location, and location Lots of outlets, great for plug in electronics.
Bed is full size (didn’t measure, but felt like between full and queen). Too small for this price range and a couple. The only table in the room is very small.
LocationDecor
That we were promised bedding for the sofa bed twice and no one ever delivered them. That we had to use vacation time texting asking for what we were promised and that my husband and 25 yo son had to share one set of bedding on the sofa bed for our trip. Perplexed by the entire encounter via text.
The location was fantastic. Everything you need is on the same street: grocery market, 24 hr drugstore, cleaner, post office, pub, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, clothing boutiques. Most everything else was very walkable: china town, library, Newbury St, Museum of Science (catch the duck tour), public garden and Boston Commons, Charles River esplanade. The area is quiet and very safe. Red line train station is on the corner. Luggage storage before check in and after check out was much appreciated. Check in was super simple and staff was reachable if needed. Water and coffee supplies were an added bonus.
I would have liked fresh towels at least once during our stay (3 nights). There might have been a mix up because we were told extra towels should have been in the closet but there were none. There is a washer/dryer on lower level with soap provided if needed. We didn't have time to wash. Sounds petty, but a lamp of some kind would have been nice in the living room. There are only over head cans that are super bright (unit #4). We used ambient light from kitchen. The sofa also needs a refresh. Its a trundle type where the bed is made up of the sofa cushions and a matching trundle. The main sofa portion is worn down and not so comfy. Nothing was a deal breaker.
Clean comfortable stay in a great location. Lots of cafes and shops around, great for walking around the city. Kitchen was well organized and the shower was hot with good pressure.
Checkout is at 10 am, which is earlier than standard. They also do not provide any coffee for you after the first day and theres no tea. There's also a little bit of noise from the street if you're in a unit that is street side.
Great location
About loud early in mornings. Drains in bathroom were slow to drain.
It was easy to check in and out. I like that door had code and no need for keys. Kitchen had everything we needed
The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to remove lots of hair (different colour from red to blue) from drain, it was discussing. Also the bathroom was not very clean. Towels were not white they had a bit of grey undertone to them. Last but not the least was the toilet paper, sooo thin, you basically used your fingers.
no breakfast provided....location excellent
AC and thermostat were terrible even after technician fix. Could not regulate. Hot one minute. Cold next.
Location was fabulous, classic Boston neighborhood. Conveniently located near the Subway and great walking area.
It would have been nice to have a dresser or more clothing storage option.
The location was great. Easy access to T and many tourist destinations.
1. It was very hard to reach the staff when trouble happened, and they gave me misinformation and wrong instructions. I spent a lot of time doing damage control due to this misinformation, and it was very stressful. 2. The laundry machine damaged my clothes. 3. There was a kitchen, but it was not equipped for cooking.
Like: Cute, clean room with good amount of space. Good location. Dislike: With a front facing room, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the street.
The location was wonderful. Beacon Hill is such a fun area and so close to everything. There were three couples and we loved the coziness of the living area and there was plenty of room for us to have our privacy as well.
The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable of beds.
Amazing LocationAmenities greatModern yet old classic space
Great location and well designed.
Jacuzzi didn’t work.
The location is excellent, with Charles Street offering a variety of charming boutiques and cafés. Beacon Hill is a lovely and safe neighborhood. I stayed in Apartment No. 5, which is very spacious. Although I was there alone, it would comfortably accommodate two guests. The windows provide an abundance of natural light. I was able to get in touch with management via email or phone and was always provided a prompt reply (about luggage storage for example).
I have long blonde hair but found short dark hair in my shower the first night.. otherwise, it was very clean.
The location and the structure of the apartment.
The time of response from the staff team and the support they provided to some questions we had.
The location was amazing. I loved being so close to Boston Common and Boston Public Garden! We were in walking distance to so many things. The flat was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and even the pull out sofa was one of the most comfortable pull out sofas that I have ever been on (note: the bottom of the sofa pulled out, so it felt like two twin beds, one on the top part and one on the bottom part). We felt safe and were so grateful that we chose this flat to rent. It was perfect for us!!
