- Wish I had a few more nights to stay there

A boutique-like, elegant hotel in the heart of Boston
Exceptionally kind staff. Very clean hotel. Lovely boutique hotel.
This is the finest and, first rate, hotel in Boston!
Roomy, great location, lovely staff
What a great hotel! Absolutely gorgeous room, and the staff is all extremely courteous and professional. Location can’t be beat.It is totally dog friendly and unlike many hotels that claim to be dog friendly, you can leave your dog here as long as they are in a crate. That made it easy to go out to dinner and not worry about our dog breaking the rules!
Breakfast was pretty mediocre, but there are plenty of other places nearby to go.
The Eliot Hotel is a hidden gem in Back Bay Boston. Beautiful Beaux Art hotel, immaculate, felt like I was in elegant European hotel. I never knew it was there and will return
Wish I had a few more nights to stay there
Location is amazing and staff are very helpful and friendly!
The breakfast is very poor quality! not worth it!
Big Room, old style. Good renovation. Excellent location for me between MIT across the bridge and Comm Ave for the clubs. I walked everywhere.
Service was not as trained or capable as they should have been for the price, particularly at breakfast.Reception staff missing when I came in at 11 pm
Great location, lovely suite, polite staff, room darkening curtains, chocolates in our room, nice shower, easy to get cabs, very comfy bed, very good restaurants nearby. Big plus is the Harvard Club of Boston next door for a most excellent breakfast. Definitely stay there again.
Breakfast was $22. Fair enough for a very nice buffet, but $7 more for a cappuccino just didn’t work for us, so we only ate there once. We wanted to eat at Uni, but the only option was a multi-course fixed price meal. We no longer eat such large meals, so we went elsewhere for salads and drinks.
The sheets were wonderful. I loved the living room area, it felt like our own little apartment in the heart of Boston.
The heating system. It was quite loud and would come on in blasts.
Location perfect, hotel and room very nice. Cons: we had a kitchen but no plates or cutlery included which makes no sense, garbage was not removed. The hotel should use the kitchen space to create e toilette as the room reserved included living room with sofa bed, but only one bathroom. So if the person sleeping in the living room needs to use the bathroom at night, they need to get into the bedroom
Location and beautiful building and rooms
Parking in the area is difficult and expensive. The valet cost could be factored in or included with your stay.
Great location
The room we had (412) had a view of an alley and you could hear either the elevator or pipes constantly making noise.
I loved the decor as well as the staff! We made our own trip to Boston to celebrate my wife’s birthday with the Redsox on the Green Monster. The staff knowing this surprised us with a bottle of wine after the game! What service!! TY
We need iced and didn’t know where to get it. With one exception, the front guest brought us a bucket the first night to are! Great service for sure
Staff!!!!!! Wonderful, welcoming service!! Bell staff were exceptional!!! Room/bedding and linens! Lovely, comfortable, spacious room!!
We loved it all!
The location was wonderful and the staff was particularly nice and accommodating. Very friendly and always there to help. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
There was construction going on at the hotel so the dining room was closed and our room was in the area of renovation. I know this is necessary from time to time to maintain the property and upgrade but there was no mention of this when booking. The hotel did what they could to limit the noise during evening and morning hours. The room had a view of a very cluttered back alley so that was disappointing. The breakfast was not included and pricey for what was offered which was a somewhat limited buffet.
The room is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is very hospitable and friendly.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with the wrong meal, bad timing, and an early wakeup call, but it was fully reimbursed, so I'm happy with the result!
Location was great, Staff was great
Heating / Air unit fan in 804 is loud. We turned it off for sleeping. Beautiful corner suite!
