Proximity to the BCEC . Brazilian Steakhouse across the street. Complimentary breakfast. Received 2 tickets to Institute of Contemporary Art and a free dessert from Aloft restaurant after paying $25 fee at time of check-in.

I did not get my wake up call

The complementary breakfast was outstanding. The gym was well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the mornings keep the breakfast fresh and hot. the location was a short distance to our excursions.

Very eclectic with restaurants and bars all around.

While my husband and I were out, a staff member went into our room and took the iron which I need! Very strange! When I called the front desk they said staff entered our room to fix the air conditioner (which was working by the way) and took our iron!

the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. She got us an upgrade and helped us out with museum tickets.

The TV didn?t work at one point, but was fixed. The channel selection could be better. Breakfast was only ok.

Issues with the heat in our room but resolved quickly by front desk.

Extra fee plus additional parking fee. I knew the extra fee was coming but assumed parking was built into that price.

Location was not great¿1/2 mile walk to metro or bus service

The price was very good considering we had breakfast inclueded as well as a FULL kitchen in the room.Also hot drinks available 24 hours in the lobby.All the staff we spoke to were very ffriendly and helpful.

Great time had by my family here. We used the pool, ate breakfast, used a crib, and the kitchenette. Nice option for the area.

Clean, new, bright, roomy: the room was perfect. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff were excellent (particularly hotel employee on the front desk). The hotel should be ranked with 4-stars and I will certainly stay here again.

I loved the customer service and staff they were amazing, and the one bedroom suite I got was perfect for the space I needed for a birthday celebration!

You have no idea how much your security deposit is going to be & they also do not tell you before you agree to put your card on file. Once I checked my bank statement to see what the security deposit cost was, I was appalled. Coat was more than the room.

Room was very nice, and staff was excellent, enabling me to check in when I arrived unexpectedly early.

The location is a little industrial, but easily accessible to better areas.

The room was set up great, full kitchen and everything. The hotel was mostly vacant so I got moved to the top floor with a city view at no charge, it was a nice surprise. Location is great, walkable to the heart of the seaport and across from Lawn on D

Parking on the weekend/when I arrived. Parking lot was not open, street parking was all taken up by Lawn on D goers. Had to park far away and move closer once the weekend crowd left the Lawn on D. Not sure why the parking lot was blocked off

Ease of check in process, quality of hotel and room.

The location is a bit out of the away from most Seaport attractions. Although it¿s walking distance, it¿s not as nice or appealing of any area to walk particularly at night.

This hotel was extremely clean. The rooms are a great size and we enjoyed having filtered water on demand & the kitchenette. It was also very convenient to the Seaport area. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected.

Conveniently located next to the convention center. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are not very clean. I saw two rooms, because the first one was flooded. The seating surfaces in the rooms are stained. Furniture is scratched. AC is very noisy and there was no place on the bed to avoid it blowing in my face.
