Super cute room, comfortable beds. Was in walking distance to the wang theater

Great location, helpful staff, free hot drinks and the room was more than OK.I'd definitely go back, if I get to travel to Boston again.

Elevator is a bit noisy, as much as I initially thought it was someone playing drums! However, it is rarely operated during the night so we slept well

The hotel had a clean, nice look. The free coffee and tea options were very welcomed. The room was small but cozy and efficiently laid out. Dylan (?) at reception was kind and helpful.

Staff was very nice and beverages such as coffee and tea were free 24/7. There was also a lounge area to chill or eat, which was a good surprise.

Location was ideal

The room we were in the onsuite shower room was freezing as there was a bad draft it ment heating had to be kept on high. Bed linen and towels was only changed once in 4 nights

Bed was literally on the floor. Heat was always turning off. Cold most of the time.

A lot of quality for the price. Central location, 20 minutes walking time from downtown and other main areas.

Walls and windows were thin you could hear hallway and outside traffic noise.

The location was really nice—we were able to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a holiday stay.

Very clean, staff were nice and the lockers were perfect for suitcases and bags.

It has been over a week and I am still waiting for my deposit back

The shower never got above tepid temperature. Taking a cold shower before bed or going out was very unpleasant.

The location of the hotel to the city. Very clean rooms and up to date look. Also the quiet and dark room was a plus.

I would have liked a quiet and dark room but with also a city view.

The staff were very nice.

My mattress must've been 50 years old - it was virtually flat, with sprung springs. The shower head and water were just fine, the floor of the shower was smooth, therefore slippery, and more so when soap was rinsed away.

Very friendly staff and this made all the difference! Thanks to Elena (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) for helping me with my bags and all the other staff members for making me feel at home.The rooms are cosy and everything works great. Location wise, there are countless options within a 10 minute walk, including great brunch and cafe options.

The room next to the lobby is a little tough for lighter sleepers but otherwise was exactly what I needed, a clean place to stay for the night

Room was ok, location is amazing you can walk to theater district and seaport and downtown.The room could be cleaner (had some dust) and outlets for charging was not working. But overall experience was good
