bathroom had no shampoo and only a gallon jug of bath wash on the floor. Also no bathmat, floor was very slippery and a clear slip hazard. Also i woke to hammering, as they were replacing he carpet on the stairs.

The daytime staff are helpful, and assisted me quickly.

It was a nice place fit for purpose, the place was clean and the room was a nice size with a roomy kitchen.

The only down side was having to wait for the shower/toilet when someone was in there but this wasn't a major issue, also there was no mirror in the room when getting ready so you end up spending more time in the bath room.

Easy walk to the Broadway station. Plenty of nightlife.

Plenty of nightlife. Our room was facing the Stat across the street. They respected the quiet time of 10 PM, but a room darkening shade would have made sleeping under the street light more pleasant.

Didn't like how hard it was to contact someone who worked for the company to get my code to enter the building n room. Almost had to find a new hotel. Room was EXTREMELY small. Didn't realize the dimensions prior to purchase, would have paid4 bigger room.

It was fresh, clean and well located.

Very strict policy of 4PM check in and 11AM check out. Absurd. SUPER noisy with fire doors everywhere that make so much noise even if you try to gently close them.

Convenient location for my purposes. Bathroom was newly renovated and has good water pressure.

Condition of the room was average. No lamp in the room except a clip lamp on the bed board. Old towel on top of the dresser. Air conditioning unit stored inside the dresser limiting space for my clothes. Walls are thin.

The room is a little bit small and three rooms share one bathroom.

Good=inexpensive for Boston,bus line straight to Copley square, 15 min walk to the T, restaurants nearby.

BAD=tiny room, shared bath, not very clean,old mattress, bus or T to most things.........NOT 3 star, more like 1 1/2

Great location, easy access to public transit. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc.

A couple of things that would have improved my experience: - My room faced the street and quite a lot of light came in at night. A better window shade would be welcome. - Any way to put something on the front door to keep it from slamming?

The location was great and close to public transportation. Most everything was walking distance from here. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is no access to change the temperature. You are sharing a bathroom in a doom like setting; which is fine since the cleaning crew comes every day. However, the walls are thin unlike a hotel and for light sleepers this can be an irritant.

Price!!! And location.
