Pros +
- The staff were very helpful and friendly.
- Small classy hotel .. Comfy beds .. My favorite hotel to stay in Boston ..
- the doorman! So helpful and friendly, professional attitude. Also loved the restaurant! Every staff member was wonderful
Cons -
- Charged me an oversize fee for my truck, $125.00 per day, I was told the truck was going to be in a fenced lot- went outside the following morning, and it was parked partially in the crosswalk in a no parking spot. service was terrible at restaurant/b
- Room 419 heater did not work. It was freezing and engineering told us the the temperature was 75 degrees when it felt like 35 degrees. Heater was fixed after two hours; however, the heater was so loud, like an airplane engine.
- Even though the windows were double paned, I was able to hear drunken passersby on the street at 2am. Bathtubs are a bit outdated.

The Lenox was in the perfect location for walking to restaurants & shops. We were here for our anniversary & staff left champagne with chocolates in our room! The room had many conveniences. The bed was comfortable and turn down service was the standard.
Staff was great...got beautiful room upgrade and location is can't beat.
The bed linens were extremely luxurious! Fantastic location. Attentive hardworking staff - especially concierge and bell.
Even though the windows were double paned, I was able to hear drunken passersby on the street at 2am. Bathtubs are a bit outdated.
Very classy hotel. Professional, attentive staff. Room was very clean and well appointed.
Our room was pretty small and it was difficult for two people to move around in it.
Staff was outstanding. Location was perfect. Lots of night life in walking distance.
We were charged tax for drinks at the bar. Maybe this is a Massachusetts thing, but it was unusual for us.
service is good.
Charge me one more night parking fee, $53. I parked my car 4 nights, but they charge me 5 nights. And the receipt was 4 night charge.
Location was great and easily accessible to the Copley station. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early which made my day so much easier. Coffee in the morning was a nice added bonus.
Overall vibe was a little dated. The hallways were very dark - I'm glad I wasn't spending time alone here.
Every member of the staff was so friendly, helpful, professional and generous with time and advice. Dined at their recommendations, used their directions and felt warmly welcomed by them.
Would have liked coffee in the room even though it was free in the lobby
The lady who checked us in accommodated my request sweetly and we ended up with a beautiful view.
There should be more coffee and hot water on hand in the morning.
Location, cleanliness, updated/decor
Small bathroom & snack provided with the afternoon drink would of been great perk for the kids. Thanks
Staff, decor and location
Phenomenal staff and service at The Lenox hotel during Marathon weekend. I hadn't ever stayed there before, but it's my new favorite place in Boston.
The location and charm of the lobby.
I think it is absolutely reasonable to expect a working TV set in the room. This is 2018! The engineer was at my room 4 times with different excuses as to why it wasn't changing channels. The room was shabby and small. Please, upgrade this facility!!
Awesome staff. Front desk, bell hop, doorman, valet, concierge all very awesome. Was treated like a king. Very pleased, very impressed. Thanks
My experience at the Lenox Hotel was spectacular. The room was spacious, well-lit and included numerous accessible electrical outlets. The walk-in clothes closet had its own light, shelves, hooks, hangars, ironing board and a door. Bathroom also great.
I felt so comfortable I didn't want to leave!
Beautiful facility, charming and comfortable, squeaky clean, friendly and helpful staff.
No, it was all good.
