The floor to ceiling windows and view were on point.

With the pandemic, there was a little confusion on how to get certain amenities that were no longer available gratis in the room. No instructions.There was no coffee. The guest package only included one mask. The shower pressure was not very good.

Exceptional staff

Room missing small stuff- no robes, no cups for coffee, only one coffee pod, snacks missing, no directory of hotel amenities, bed was too low and mattress sucked

noisy nights due to location; trash pick up; and early morning sea food deliveries.

Poor restaurant service. Broken air conditioner in room. Not worth the high price.

Cleanliness. Everything was clean, modern and well maintained

No pool. Rooftop bar shared same elevator with guests - odd and sometimes awkward

Shower and bed. Lots of mirrors and outlets

No fridge

It had a nice spacious room that was very clean.

I would've liked for my room to have had a refrigerator. Also, I called the front desk and requested new batteries for my TV remote and they said they would send some right up, I waited around all night and they never came.

My room was broken into in the middle of the night. The hotel staff would not re-accommodate me. Safety and security is not a priority to this property. I was told that management would follow up with me and that did not happen.

It was a unique hotel. Decore was nice.

We were charged for using mini bar which never happened. 6.00 for a bottle of water... I think not! Also we were charged for a smoking fee of 250.00 which never happened

Staff on check in was exceptional. She gave us great suggestions for places for a late lunch. Very modern eclectic hotel with many great touches. Perfect location. If you are looking for a traditional hotel this may not be for you.

I thought the parking was a little steep..$46. But I guess for Boston that's not uncommon

Great location in Seaport area adjacent to Barking Crab. Interior design is very clean and contemporary. Rooms were great and the roof deck is fantastic. Long lines to get in if you are not a hotel guest. We had a blast.

No it was awesome.

I called the hotel after booking to confirm reservations included our child. They confirmed, however when we arrived they did not have any double bed rooms not sleeper sofa nor cot available for us. We had to sleep two adults and a child in one king bed

Hotel was clean refreshing and comfortable, great access to the city and water view was tremondous

There was a bit of a wait to get my car - actually my car was there but someone else had the key to it.

Location

Construction work next to my room, no dark curtains to keep the sun out , no convenience store within the hotel, no coffee maker or tea in room

Fun, edgy and very European. Great shower. Nice toiletry products.

Had one or two glitches that were resolved quickly. They're a brand new hotel and still working out a kink or two. It's a great place and will get better as they go along.

Great location for Seaport-Fort Point-Financial District destinations. New, modern & very clean

we ordered shrimp cocktail and was surprised how small they were for the price point.

Spacious rooms, great staff, in a vibrant area of town. The rooftop bar has spectacular views of the city, and was actually the subject of a lengthy article in the Boston Globe the day we were there.

Valet parking was expensive, so I used a fairly close public lot, which was only $5 per day on weekends and still reasonable during the week.
