Location in theatre district and a block from Boston Common. The breakfast options at The Gallery restaurant were top notch. One of the best hotel breakfasts anywhere. Pet friendly.

Overpriced for being 8/10. $--- for one night after all the fees and an average/mid room. No pool. Constantly waiting on elevators, perhaps not enough for number of rooms. Mandatory valet parking was outrageously expensive and took 30 minutes to get car.

Check in was quick. Room was clean and well stocked.

The parking charge was a bit over the top.

Location was wonderful for exploring downtown Boston.

The lobby was excessive loud, difficulty hearing the staff during check-in. Also didn¿t realize there would be a $25 resort charge each day. Also our shower/tub didn¿t work properly, tub wouldn¿t hold water.

Clean, organized, staff is accessible and available. Spacious room.

The bottom floor turns into a club and it gets very loud/dangerous when the club lets out

The staff were very professional from room service and house keeping. Juan notably, whom I think was the supervisor for the valet service, took the time to bring up my cell phone I had left in the car. Such team work of great consistent service!

Location¿walking distance to many places of interest and subway is just around the corner. The room¿spacious. The bed is comfortable. The in-room espresso and the coffee in the lobby are both amazing and free. Most staff are friendly and helpful.

Location and not understanding we were on the edge of an area with what seemed like a lot of desperate people. No problem but it would be good for the concierge to give out of towners a lay of the land.

the light switch for the toilet room also turned on the light in the shower, illuminating the whole room when either of us got up to pee in the middle of the night.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. They were friendly and attentive.

For as much as I paid for our room, I do not feel like I got my money's worth. There was no on-site amenities but the gym. I feel like I was just covering the cost of the renovated rooms. Sound proofing here was also terrible.

Decor is stylish and modern. Not the typical looking hotel room. Staff is great. Location is close to Chinatown.

Hotel union workers on strike so no housekeeping, room service etc. recognize hotel workers there had little control over this but at $--- a night this hotel was little better than a nice Days Inn. Should have offered some compensation etc

The location is great. ON the weekends the bar/lounge is hopping and a fun place to hang out. Great drinks.

The concierge made us feel like we were bothering her when we asked about a place for lunch.

Location, Location, Location. Most everything was in walking distance or a short ride away.

No bathroom exhaust fan. no way to clear up shower fog or bathroom smells.

Excellent service at check in and out. Room clean, gave us an upgraded room as well.
