The location was nice. The facility itself was terrible.

Wreaked of cigarette smoke, frequent weed smells, coffee maker was dirty and has moldy water in the basin, loud music playing in the middle of the night and early morning, my kids got barely any sleep, and we left with our belongings smelling of cigarette smoke- and we don’t smoke!

Solid but pricey for what it is.

Although nice upgrades it still felt and had that motel smell and feel. One could hear neighbors getting up and leaving.

It was so quiet and cozy

You had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. So if someone was sleeping on the couch, they had to go through the bedroom where other people were sleeping to use the bathroom.

It is very bare bones, but the bed was very comfortable and the thermostat/heat worked well. It was very clean except for the bathroom sink.

The check in and out is all via text (which I wasn’t warned about) and it’s bots pretending to be humans. Not nice. There is no real customer service in the evening. Our wifi didn’t work. And the bathroom sink was not clean.

The location was perfect for my situation, visiting family for Thanksgiving. I would recommend in the room I stayed #15 basement 2 queen beds that you add a full length mirror (there's a space to the right of the bathroom door) and some type of utensils to stir coffee, etc.

The back staircase carpet is ripped and shouldn't be expensive to replace. Or remove it put non-slip strips on each step. I would also add an extender to the bedside outlet to plug in chargers. In this room it was up on the wall very high.

Very nicely appointed and easy to find, park, and was quite comy for my daughter and I to explore the area. We could drive or train into Salem for Halloween fun too

We were on a lower level...ended up using the tight stairs. Very minor.

This place was wonderful! We had the best time and were so comfortable! We arrived at 10 am and called to see if it was possible to check in early, and it was! So helpful and kind! Highly recommended for a trip to Salem with a quick train or Uber ride into Salem. Beverly is a wonderful town too! So many wonderful people and sights to see.

Great location. Walked to the train station, dinner and the grocery store.

Beds were very firm, pillows a bit flat

I loved the apartment, it was perfect for 4 adults. The bathroom is great, the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on and to sleep on. The coffee maker is a kuereg, they supply a a handful of kcups. Absolutely loved the self check in, the send a code and room number and you have to enter the code to both lock and unlock from the outside- it doesn’t auto lock when you exit. Staff was great when we needed them.

I wish check in time was 3pm vs 4pm. They did allow 2 hr early check in for a fee.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked great, it was in the basement so I was a little nervous about that…. As soon as we opened the door I was like Wow ? there were 3 windows and very comfy beds, 2 sitting chairs and very spacious

    I have zero complaints

    8ElizabethPosted on: 10-14-2025

The self check in was easy. The room was available a little early so we were able to settle in before adventuring out. Was able to find parking near the room. Bonus the hotel is across the street from a Starbucks, liquor store, diner and train station.

The room had a old smell. It was clean just needed airing out.

    10TaliaPosted on: 10-7-2025

Perfect location for going into Salem! The apartments are very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Self check in was a plus! You have everything you need.

    No complaints.

Very clean and welcoming. Short walk from the commuter jail and nice amenities.

Everything was great honestly. The view out of the back window was lovely too. Attentive staff and safe area.

    9JenniferPosted on: 9-22-2025

The staff was very helpful on line and on the phone. As we had to change our room for a few reasons !

The description of our room said nothing about the room being down in basement !When I went down to ck out the room ( my husband can not climb stairs ) First the area down there smelled and damp ! Then the door would not open with keyless lock. We also would have never gotten our large suitcases down stairs either. When rooms to street level the nice manager on the phone tried several times to get keyless lock to work .
