The hotel was very clean.

The toilet seats are way too low. You should upgrade them to higher toilet seats. The continental breakfast was terrible.

We were checked in late and the room didn?t feel clean (stained sheets).

Staff was understanding of issues, but could still not resolve.

Everyone was cordial and welcoming! Room was well laid out, wit a microwave and refrigerator. Always coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was great,with staff always checking on the food and asking if anything was needed! Would stay again!

The location is great for what we do. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The room is a bit small but we managed. Weren¿t in it much.

All the staff we encountered were great. The included breakfast and coffee were also a nice perk. I also appreciated that could park for free.

Nope. The only thing to note was that the 24-hour coffee wasn¿t available when we had to leave at 4am for our flight, but we would definitely still stay here again.

The fact that there is no room cleaners and I asked for clean towels and were told there wasn¿t any.

The staff was awesome. They were super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room overall was clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all, it was hard and felt like sleeping on the hard floor rather than a bed. The room was not that appealing. The cost of the room nightly was not worth what we were charged.

Classic, clean and friendly hotel at a good price.

The staff was very friendly

There was mold on the shower curtain and on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was black marker on the curtain in the room. I was told we would have housekeeping clean our room on one specific day and they never came.

Room is not clean as a lot of dusts everywhere in the room when checked into the room. TV was not working. Carpet is really old. Room has smoking smell.

Hotel is nicely updated. Also the front desk staff very pleasant.

I didn't like the house keepers phone on speaker while she was speaking to someone outside my room early while I was still sleeping. Would have been nice for the complimentary breakfast to go until 10:00 not just till 9:00.

Excellent, accommodating and very friendly staff. Extremely clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower and strong water pressure. Great location. Wonderful covid protocol. Wide assortment for breakfast. Convenient parking.

A little bit outdated. I was shocked to learn the rooms were recently remodeled. TV was little.

Beds and pillows are not comfortable, back hurt the next morning

I had to check out a day early due to Covid travel restrictions that went into place during my stay. I appreciated that they didn’t charge me for the night I didn’t stay there even though it was a last minute change.

The staff are nice but not conscientious about masking.

no elevator had to carry luggage up 3 floors. i’m a senior citizen. no other accommodations offered
