A/c was cold, water was hot, bedding good

Quote- I have a reservation - “check in is at 3, I will do you then” it was 2:45. Room door was open & very hard to close, sink leaked on the floor, refrigerator unplugged, black mold above window, Carpet dirty etc. no longer a Comfort Suites franchise

What I liked best was the location and staff was very polite and helpful

My room wasn't very clean. It was very dusty, had a little bad odor, the tub handle was broken (stripped), and the toilet seat was loose. The floor was super wet by the AC unit.

My first room smelled like rain and mold the rain was leaking into the room from the window. My second room had roaches crawling over the place after I got into the 3rd room everything was fine. This was a nice hotel at one point.

Nothing!!!!!

No water in our bathroom sink. Black mildew along the shower. Mildew all on the walls in the bathroom. Did not get to stay in the room we reserved because key pad battery was out and would not fix it. No breakfast or coffee cups out. Never come back.

That we left

There was mold coving the walls. Walls of our friends room also had mold. There was a line of people asking for refunds. Our room had crumbs on the couch with the tv where someone was enjoying themselves.

Hotel staff were so nice and very accommodating

Pool was terrible. We booked for the pool so the kids could have something to do while we waited for a 7 pm family event. It was dirty, green, and so cloudy you couldn?t see your hands in the water. The room felt super damp and hotel was smelly.

Room was comfortable.

Staff was horrible double charged for room when i called 5 days when later tthey said i never stayed there. Spent 45 minutes argueing

Wasn't cleaned as it should no small towns no soap mirrors wasn't cleaned tissue paper on the floor. Staff said they was going to bring extra toel didn't happened.

The room definitely needed updates and repairs. The sink was clogged. The shower head needed to be replaced. The ceiling had black scuff on it. The wall was cracked by the door. The hallway musty. You could not get any help, no one would answer the phone.

The room and sheets were clean. I always open my bed and check the sheets and pillows. I was able to lay down feeling like I slept in a clean bed.

-There were 2 bath towels for the 4 of us. We tried calling many times thought out the day to let them know that we would arrive around midnight and to not give out room away but they never answered. -no syrup or any type of coffee for breakfast.

No one came in to clean when asked! 5 Days nothing was addressed as ask, carpet never cleaned in months,Sink did not drain. Spiders in the bed, ants, roach in shower. Pool green Dirty.

I booked a 2 bed room but it was given to a guest who checked in earlier. I needed 2 beds, would have booked elsewhere had I known this would happen.

Every. Rooms was dirty & had bed bugs. It was so bad that I left after 30 minutes. First room was filled with bed bugs & they gave me another room & it also had bugs & was visually dirty & wasn¿t cleaned from previous guest

The location was great. My family lives in the country, but it was still close enough to the city to get other things done.

This place was not cleaned well. The shower glass was not fully clean. The closet door was broken as well as the hook on the back of the bathroom door. Trash was underneath the couch and someone's underwear was under another bench.

The lobby was nice. It was in a good location for us to attend an LSU game (not to far from the stadium). Check in process was easy.

After getting to the room is when my disappointment set in. The floors had not been vacuumed. In fact there was a piece of chicken on the floor. The room was fine for one night, especially since we didn't get there until late. The room needs updating.

The Breakfast ran out before the end of the breakfast time. The room toilet seat was broken and the sink did not drain. Both problems were reported to the staff, but nothing was corrected.
