Holiday Inn Express Baton Rouge North By IHG

The people were very welcoming. We came for an LSU game, & while we were a good distance away, it was an easy drive.

Our room smelled musty so I got my travel diffuser out. I put my CPAP mask on the night we got home & had to take it back off to clean the filter. The filter had absorbed the smell. Next time, I'll ask for a different room.

front desk staff and breakfast room staff were excellent

took three tries to get a room that didnt smell terrible. location not great. breakfast not very good. too high for the quality. listed as north baton rouge, not even close.

Hotel employee was amazing

1st room filled with spiders and spiders webs. Changed rooms. 2nd room, The toilet was not bolted to the floor. Bathroom Floor tiles broken and dirty, wall patched construction work looked incomplete and messy.

Man at front was extremely nice rest of staff just ignored you. Sheets were clean.

Everything was extremely dirty except for the sheets. Didn't look like the room itself was cleaned for over a week. Smelled like wet dirty shoes. Worst of all the room door wouldn't fully shut

I liked everything! I was entered with a friendly family welcome! I needed a room closer to the elevator and was quickly accommodated. I was greeted coming and going and had a peaceful and restful two nights. I will be back.

The hotel didn¿t have air conditioning the system was broken and the hotel manager threw paper at me and talked to me really bad when I went to make a complaint.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful throughout our visit. There were some renovations going on, but it did not interfere with our rest and relaxation. The upgrades that they made were wonderful.

The breakfast. Room303 had been renovated but had sever as l problems noted at front desk. Even showed them pictures and video of sink faucet noise.The new tile cracked, tub faucet handle fell off, etc.

Location, it was right across the street from venue. Great waffles! Variety of people, felt safe.

Bed was okay but not the best. A little firm for me. No elevator. Was only 2 stories but if this is a problem for you just know there is no elevator.

The place was undergoing a renovation that started in March. The floors were torn up in the entry and hall and everything was covered in dust from the lobby to our room. The bathroom floor was sticky and the hotel should have mentioned they were undeegoin

When I first drove up, I was like...ugh, they are remodeling,everything is going to be a mess... but it wasn't!! Everything was super clean and the rooms are very nice! Loved the breakfast and very nice staff! Will stay again.I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, friendly

construction was a minor inconvenience It was farther away from my meetings than I had anticipated, but that was my own fault

The breakfast was above expectations in both it's breadth and quality.

It was under renovation and not noted online. We had extension cords running across our doorway all night. I shouldn't have to pay full price for a subpar room under construction. The fixtures were rusted out above the sink.

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable

No early check in. We arrived at 1:30 told check in at 3. Went to the Best Western 3 other couples arrived same time were checked in. At 3 we were given key but no room so we left. At 10:30 no parking. Bathroom was sticky. Breakfast was slow.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Good hot breakfast! They had sausage and BACON! Well done. We have stayed here multiple times and have been pleased every time.

It was clean and every single staff member we came in contact with was very gracious. They were fastidious about COVID prevention--there are masks available and hand sanitizing stations everywhere. Security is good, and the breakfast food was EXCELLENT

People hanging around entrance smoking all the time. The cleaning staff did not wear mask Musty smell

Workers were friendly and hotel was clean.

The mattresses were very hard.
