- CONVENIENT LOCATION - EASY TO FIND.
- Worst experience ever. There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
- The staff was great! From the helpful and friendly people at the front desk to the cleaning lady who had a maintenance man to unclog a drain (less than 5 minutes after we told her of the problem), everyone was cheerful and interested in whatever we needed
Cons -
- COULD NOT GET ON THE INTERNET. THE TV WAS GREAT BUT THE OPERATION WITH THE REMOTE WAS CUMBERSOME AND SLOW - VERY CONFUSING - PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
- There blood on the toilet seat upon arrival and it took over five hours for them to clean it after reporting to the front desk. Bed had such a bad dip in the middle that my husband and I kept rolling into each other. I will never stay there again.
- The location is tricky. I don't know how many times we had to go past the hotel and make that U-turn over our 3-day stay. But that's not something that you can do much about.
