- The best western plus hotel in Ruston, La is a sorry excuse for a hotel. The front desk staff in the evening is unprofessional and lazy. They only cared about playing on their phones and having guys over in the lobby to hang out while on the clock.
- The staff at the hotel greeted every person with a smile and professional manner.
- The staff was great and they tried to help as best as they could.
Cons -
- I did not like the unprofessional staff, nasty room, and overall lackluster service.
- The star rate should be rated at a higher-perhaps a 4 would be a good rate. :)
- The room was not cleaned at all. Still had urine on the toilet and trash on couch
