- Nice area, quite atmosphere, clean
- Location, cleanliness, staff professionalism and friendliness were top notch. Other guest appeared to be enjoying themselves and utilized the very comfortable lobby area to commune. This is a clear indication that the hotel provides a safe environment.

- I would prefer for housekeeping to come after 8:30am. Additionally, having a full water cooler would have been appreciated. While these things are minor - they would have pushed my experience over the top
- Breakfast had very little available for those with gluten sensitivity. There were some kind of bugs in the room, not roaches, but some kind of common crawly bug.
