very nice, nice clean room, nice service, and a nice breakfast the next morning.

Not much

There were box spring mattresses laying out by the pool and leaned against the dumpster in the parking lot with stains. The hall and elevator smelled really bad. Breakfast was thrown in the trash and we went to McDonald's. Staff were too bu on cell phones

Location for our needs was excellent. Location was easy to find and get to and from.

Price was too high for condition of motel. Torn curtains, leaking, detached plumbing. Non-filtering pool, no umbrellas available, patio furniture poor condition. Breakfast was less than appetizing. Musty smell all over. Needs love and attention to detail.

We were evacuating from hurricane ida I was not told about any pet restrictions We had 2 month kitten The room was paid with one credit card When we got there they wanted another card for incidentals what incidentals? They charged me $150 closed card!!

Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Met the cleaning staff as we were allowed to check in a little early. Room looked and smelled nice. Pleased with accommodations initially.

Everything was great until we saw 3 roaches. Front desk apologized but they didn’t have any other rooms to switch, nor any roach spray available. Also, by morning the air freshener wore off, a smell of vomit was strong. We had to cover our noses.

Hometown friendliness. Small but all amenities of a large hotel. Nicer than some larger hotels

The room was not very clean. There was a used q-tip behind the trash can and hair in the sink.

The hotel staff was very friendly, everything was clean, we will definitely stay here again !

There wasnt any bacon on the breakfast buffet, but everything was excellent.

We had 1 roll of tissue paper both days we stayed in the hotel and my boyfriend found a dead roach on the side of our bed.

The A/C unit in the room did not maintain setpoint (heat did not kick on) when the temperature dropped later in the evening...room was cold! Also, hotel location did not have many dining options available outside of McDonald's, BK, Subway, and Taco Bell.

This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with a showerhead that lit up in blue. The pool was clean.

When arriving for breakfast 25 minutes before the end of service, we were told that they were out of biscuits, hash browns, and gravy. We were lucky to get sausage and hard-boiled eggs. They would not serve more because the items were frozen.

Very far from everything and traffic is horrible getting back into the city. Not the hotels fault, but it’s something to keep in mind. Pool closed. Aggressive cleaning staff… they would follow us to our room when we got breakfast and harassed us, even entered without permission. Very disturbing when I have sleeping kids and the lady is pushing her way into the room trying to grab our garbage and change towels. I know they have a job to do but make sure everyone is dressed.

Wonderful stay at the Best Western. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Shower facet was hard to turn. Shower head spray had medium pressure. The TV service cut in and out periodically.
