Excellent location easy to walk to all the areas we were interested in

The staff we’re welcoming and helpful. I was able to see them go well beyond their job description to make sure that the hotel clients had a wonderful experience. The little get-togethers on Tuesday and Sunday in the courtyard were a nice touch for those staying in the hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent as it provided you easy steps to Canal Street as well as the main French Quarter area.

What I didn’t like the most about our stay was the fact I had to go home.

Location is spot on. Close to Bourbon Street so you don't miss out, but just far enough so the noise doesn't bother you. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and I would 100% come back and stay here. This property exceeded all my expectations. You have great bars outside, amazing Boil Houses and Seafood around the corner, famous Po'Boys downstairs and markets/shops not even 2 minutes away to stock up your refrigerator. And Daisy Dukes next door is the best place for breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Most of all the air conditioning worked marvelously. It was so hot when we were there. The staff was helpful and friendly(except the Sunday brunch staff, and except the gentleman walking around he was fantastic but the ladies refilling the food were rude and unfriendly)The courtyard was smaller than the picture, but still quaint and cute. Location was good, a block away from canal street and bourbon street, walking distance to Frenchman and the trolley.If you want to go to garden district go to canal street and take the green trolley by the kids footlocker and get off at 6th street.. then follow on to magizine street.

Location was great right in the French Quarter. They Sunday breakfast was great as was the option for the free walking tours. The hotel staff were nice as well. The rooms themselves were clean and well maintained and stocked with everything you would need.

I didn't like that you don't get the see the actual room you stay in. More importantly, the towels and pillowcases had stains/stuff on them and its clear they don't use bleach to remove any bacteria/germs. The beds were okay, very springy and soft mattress. There is also no housekeeping which isn't disclosed when you book. Finally, the apartment smelled SO moldy, it was very very unpleasant to sleep in, and on top of that, there were no windows to open and only two to get some sunlight in.

We were amazed how good was this hotel, the apartment is big, great for 2-3 people, everything was clean. The hotel is close to French quarter, canal street, surrounded by a bunch of good restaurants/stores. We did not cook, but looks like the kitchen had everything you might need in order to do it. The front desk ladies were very friendly, we were able to do early check in, which was great. They also allowed us to leave our backpack after check out time. On Sundays they have breakfast for the guests.
