Pros +
- The design of the rooms and the staff
- This hotel borders the French Quarter but is just far enough where the noise and craziness does not disturb your sleep. It is also on the trolley line to the Garden District.
- Proximity to activities.
Cons -
- The floor was installed poorly in the room. There were gaps where the vinyl flooring connected and it was easy to catch socks and slippers on the rough edges.
- definitely did not live up to a 4 star status
- Booked a room with a king bed but got one with 2 full beds
