While many reviews praised the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, some noted inconsistencies, with a few mentioning dirty areas that detracted from the overall experience. The room was very nice with spacious bathroom and great view of the river. Bed was comfy and the room had all the needed amenities such as fridge and safe. The location was phenomenal for our trip purpose. Also the staff was friendly and even gave us two mini waters.
Perhaps I didn’t notice when booking but we wanted a room directly inside the casino so we went upstairs to the hotel portion of the actual gaming area. At the check in desk, we were told that our room was technically in harrahs. Which was back downstairs and out of the casino directly across the walkway. That was unfortunate and unexpected

Great location, close to fun attractions, very walkable. Room was spacious, and beds and pillows very comfortable.
Although staff was very friendly and accommodating, response time to address issues was very slow. For example, the AC in our room wasn't working so we called the front desk to report the issue. They submitted a work order but after several minutes of waiting, nobody had come to the room. We eventually had to go back to the lobby to request another room.

The location was great and the property felt luxurious.
The staff member that checked us in was very rude and acted like we were a bother to be there. I asked a simple question about how much I would be charged and she rolled her eyes and huffed at me.

The location was perfect.
The rooms were old and outdated. Carpet and furniture were stained.

I liked the location. I liked that we can go from one hotel to the next.
I didn’t like that the rooms were a little outdated. And the fact that the communication with the staff wasn’t so welcoming

Location, staff, quiet room.
No frig, single ply toilet paper, was not as clean as I am used to. I sat down and moved the footstool and the floor had not been cleaned. Looked around and the same was true of the area around baseboards. Also would have liked more info on parking prior to our arrival. We parked in wrong garage, therefore our ceasear player cards didn't work and we had to pay. Both was husband and I gamed many hours, especially me. Also, the noise level in Emerills restaurant was terrible, we couldn't visit comfortably, the food was service was excellent but we will not return.

I thought the hotel was beautiful and my room was excellent. Very large and comfortable.
I checked in expecting to pay the $20 overnight parking fee. After I parked, the rates were raised to $40 which is the rate closer to the valet parking total. Had I been aware of the increase, I would have chosen valet instead of self parking.
