very clean, modern/updated. Nice little pool and courtyard and hot tub. Fantastic location.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Valet was efficient. Public transportation to the French Quarters across the street.

The valet area outside the hotel when you first arrive is very limiting and check in felt a little chaotic. Need more hooks on the walls in the alcove area in the room. Need more luggage carts or put signs on them that say to promptly return carts to the lobby. No ventilation in the bathroom and if you open the bathroom window others can see in.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Exceptionally clean room & bathroom. The location was perfect. Love the Garden District and close enough to the French Quarter.Easily access to the street car for getting around.

Great location, with good facilities, including a nice outdoor pool (which we used as the weather was unseasonally warm for most of our stay). Plenty of food outlets nearby and easy to walk or catch the street car to downtown New Orleans or other local destinations. Highly recommended

The location was excellent, right on a streetcar line and walkable to many bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Our room had recently been renovated and was very clean.

There was a weird sell for a timeshare pitch when we checked in. The lighting in the hallways are those harsh blue LEDs which don't fit the age of the hotel. Our floor had a loud, drunk group on one of the nights.

Comfortable bed, room amenities were nice.

This newly remodeled hotel is in a great location and is beautiful on the inside. The beds are comfy & the rooms are basically small apartments. We loved it and will be staying again. Also you can catch the trolley to the French quarter right across the street.

Convenient, clean, good location, happy friendly staff, great value ,fully equipped rooms with everything needed. Also, the trams stop is right outside the front door. Would recommend to everyone thinking of travelling to New Orleans to consider Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza for their next visit.

We didn’t know they were a time share linked property with an agent operating in the hotel who approached us to try and get us to attend a 90 minute “talk” for “free” or discount tickets, but to his credit was not pushy and was friendly in accepting our refusal without argument.
