- I loved that it was walking distance to Bourbon Street. Staff was very nice.

- Was over charged for my room. Management was no help. Staff could not explain. Was charged an extra 500.00 for my stay. We had no damages and Management claimed computer glitch and error was responsible. Would have refund in 24 hours and I still waiting
- The room was less than basic. The brick floor made the room appear as walls were put up on a patio. Cobwebs in corners. Sloppy repairs above the bathroom sink. Mold/mildew in the shower. Been here previously and had a great experience. Not this time.
