Location, facilities, accommodation, secure, excellent service, site scene.

No complaints, however, should provide complimentary breakfast, for those who been traveling long distances, (road trips). Some food for thoughts.

Whole facility shows continued improvements. Very enjoyable stay.

No place to hang clothes.

Convenient to Frenchman St. lots of food and entertainment in the area. Room was fairly clean. Had 5 beds, which were perfect for a family. Rock was great and very helpful.

Room very dated and bare. The Tv didn’t work all night and wasn’t fixed until the next morning. The shower knob fell off when turned on. No blankets in the room.

The location really was excellent. It's practically walking distance to the Quarter and street car, which will get you anywhere in the city.The location was the only good thing about it.

Right away, I knew there would be an issue because I was needing a super late check in. I messaged the property, asking for a check in after 11:00pm, but that message never received a response. I was able to track down someone to help me (eventually), but that was only after trying for an hour--putting my actual check in a little after midnight. The photos pictured here on Booking.com absolutely do not match the actual rooms/beds, unless there is one superior, cleaner room I do not know about. I certainly didn't stay in that one. The room's size, I could deal with (solo traveler here!) but the grimey mattress and questionable stains left me concerned, despite my many, many stays at hostels that also made me question overall cleanliness. While complaining to a neighbor about this, they confided to me that their mattress looked like it had bloodstains on it. The bathroom sink leaked from the bottom, causing a moldy, musty odor that was difficult to shake, even once I'd left. I will say, I felt safe on the property itself, and while that may be all some travelers need, the space itself did not feel clean. Having slept on airport floors while traveling, I don't believe I am overly picky when it comes to amenities, but I have to say, this space did not live up to any sort of expectation.

We stayed in a large family room. If I tell you the room was wonderful great price and location. The ladies that checked us in and out was very nice. Great location for walking and entertainment. The kids also enjoyed the location plenty of food places in walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. ??

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay. Only down side was the 1 bathroom.

I love the atmosphere and the staff. I also love the location. I stay there everytime I'm in new orleans or.most times. It is a great place to stay

Only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have shampoo.

Free street parking. Has microwave and frig.

Where the TV was mounted?

The location was great. The room very dated. Cock roaches everywhere. Molded towels and wash cloths under the sink. The sink had a sign that said “do not use”. Awful smell in room. Staff wasn’t the friendless or most helpful

The staff is so pleasant I wish I stayed longer! The place is very clean and everything you need. The location is perfect. Parking wasn’t an issue when I traveled during spring break.
