The room was spacious and the mattress very cofortable. The location is also great.
The room wasn't properly cleaned, the entrance and bathroom floor was sticking. The internet was not working. The breakfast was very poor and the staff unhelpful. I would not stay again.

Good position near the French Quarter. Big & clean room.
Wi-Fi stopped working & we were not told of the issue. Old fashioned bathroom where you shower in the bath. Okay but not great breakfast.

The location was good, close to the French Quarter. The room was cleaned.
The room missed daylight, the window was small. The breakfast was basic.

What a fantastic location. Kindly allowed to checkin early. Fabulously clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with long hours so we didn’t need to get up early
Not one complaint or concern. Everything excellent.

The location was very close to Amtrak. Almost $12 Uber ride going back to Amtrak the next morning. But Uber charged almost double going to the hotel from Amtrak Friday night. There is nothing to do with the hotel. This was an overnight stay for a 12 hour train layover. The hotel was very clean, and I felt safe as a female traveling alone. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. THE BREAKFAST OFFERED GOOD FOOD AND SEVERAL CHOICES (JUST WISH THEY HAD GRITS!) AND DINING AREA WAS VERY NICE. I just wish I had more time there. I will be returning to stay longer as long as the price remains reasonable. A quality hotel at a reasonable rate. No one wants to spend an arm and leg to stay at a hotel in order to stay in a safe and quality place. So thank you for that.
I dont think anything can be done about this. It would have been great if prorating for amtrak travelers was available if they showed their tickets. I almost chose a hostel because they was much less money, but due to safety concerns, I decided not to. Since I was not staying but a few hours overnight, I did not get a full day in. I checked in around 9:30p. and checked out around 8 a.m. long before check-in, check-out because of both my inbound and outbound train schedules. I was traveling because my mom passed away.

The convenience of the location was very good. The valet staff was outstanding, especially Mr. Carl.
There were no luggage carts when i checked out. I am told that people take them to their rooms and keep them. There needs to be a sign out for them and a short time period for their possession.
