- The location was perfect and the staff was warm and welcoming. They had the most comfortable beds and accommodations. Always stay at Kimpton but this was the best so far. Can?t wait to return for a visit

- Overcharges!!! Right now, I am waiting on over $500 in refunds. I noted the hotel was prepaid, and my card was taken for incidentals. Later that day, I was auto charged for the room again. In the middle of the night I was triple charged parking.
