The area was nice and safe. The cleaness is a bit shaky, but over all it was good experience.
They wouldn't allow the first guess in, eventhough hotel was completely paid ahead. Nor I liked that they wouldn't give me receive of deposit.

The location was great. Close to everything and walking distance,so I didn't have to drive around to find parking. I also like the fact that breakfast was available every morning.

The staff was friendly. Lobby was clean and open and welcoming. Room was typical, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and my favorite was watching the pancakes being made. Easily accessible parking in the back part of the hotel. Very close to a lot.

The hotel is well located and the room was very comfortable. Additionally, the staff was really nice and helped me with everything I needed, exceeding my expectations. I also want to leave a special compliment to Irvin. He was very polite and professional. Without asking, he noticed an uncomfortable situation caused by another drunk guest who was at the reception at the same time as my friend and I, and the guy started to be undelicate with us. Irvin amazingly handled the situation without causing any disturbance and in a very professional manner to all the presents, including with the drunk guy.
