- The room was nice but it was hot. Which led for a restless night. I prefer a room that had a thermostat to co trol the temperature in the room.
- There was no early check in nor did I get my keys at the scheduled 4pm check in.

no coffee pot in the room, no desk or drawers for your clothes, no instructions on ordering food. It took more than 30 minutes to get my car from valet parking.
