The location is great. We felt like it was a safe location and easy to walk to areas.

This is an AMAZING hotel and in a great location! The room are nice, and the service was great. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and cocktails.

The hotel lacks accessible entrance to peopleutilizing wheelchairs. It’s situated on a one way on the left side of the street, and I was unable to let down my ramp which is on the right side. My only option was to let my kids out across the street and have them crossover to the hotel. This was the only downside.

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and the staff is courteous and attentive. They always were prompt with any request we had (which was only a couple). The location is great and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

They advertised the rooftop pool and when we arrived they told us the recent hurricane Ida caused a problem with the pool. That hurricane was over a year ago. I think they should at least be forthcoming about this aspect.

Only issue we had was that the fridge started messing up at night and was making a squealing sound. Didn't see a reason to call the desk in the middle of the night. I simply unplugged it and told the desk when we checked out the next morning.

Great location, didn’t have to much problems with parking. Staff was friendly as far as the hotel part the restaurant staff could have been better went for brunch and was basically ignored so I left…..

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed! The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. There seemed to always be someone at the front desk. The pool was open late also. I liked the system for letting housekeeping know if the room needed cleaning (two little buttons inside would light up either "do not disturb" or "make up room"). Just be prepared that they hold an extra I think $50 a day in case you order other amenities, but you get it all back at the end when you check out!

The pool was nice on the roof, but I would have liked it if the hot tub were hotter (maybe there were temperature controls we missed?).
