Location was good area
I stayed for two days and housekeeping didn’t even check to see if I needed new towels or if I wanted my room cleaned

Good area close to the interstate, staff was friendly and helpful.
I had to go down to the front desk every time I needed towels or toilet paper or anything like that because they don’t come in the room and clean while you are staying there even if you ask them to.

The location was great, and it wasn't that far from downtown.
I asked for a ADA accommodations and they didn't offer it for my room. The showers didn't work that well and they only have me one set of towels.

The location was great. The hotel was not.
We drove 13 hours to get here for my birthday weekend and when we came three hours before check in time and asked about early check-in, we were told the rooms weren’t cleaned yet and to come back in an hour and a half. We had activities booked at this time so we just went ahead and did that and came back to the hotel later on. At this point it was two hours after check in time, so all the rooms should have long been cleaned at this point. We get to our room, and there is broken plastic on the desk, a plastic fork on the floor, mold on the wall/ceiling, and in the bathroom there was a razor on the sink, trash in the toilet and used soap bars in the shower and sink. My sisters had booked rooms through Expedia and we were all on the same floor but I called the front desk and said this room was dirty and I couldn’t stay in it, so I was moved to another room on a different floor. This one was cleaner but there was still some wall/ceiling mold and it smelled. Sister 1’s room had a broken AC unit, so she also complained about her room and was moved to another one on a different floor which was even worse. Trash throughout the room, , cigarette butts on the floor, and a ripped plastic baggy of a particular white powdery substance. Sister 2 who had the cleanest room of all of us which really isn’t saying much, had a vomit stain on the floor and the room smelled bad. The cleaning supply room, laundry room, I don’t know what, was very busted up with mold. My sisters ended up complaining to Expedia and getting a refund and moving to another hotel. After a 13 hour drive and plans to enjoy my birthday trip, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of packing back up and moving to another hotel and then having to potentially fight for a refund that could take a week to come if at all.

The hotel was really nice. I loved the cleanliness, and the great staff.
We wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was down and that was our main reason for booking. Our tv didn’t work and they sent someone who didn’t speak English to try and communicate with us. We was told breakfast starts at 6. We went down at 6:25 and breakfast wasn’t ready, we was told they were behind but no one apologized nor did they do anything to compliment us.

The rooms weee fairly clean.
We had to change rooms because the television wouldn’t work. The halls smell of marijuana/weed. The curtains in the room were hanging loose and couldn’t be closed all the way. We didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (not sure if your company is providing that anymore). Our son’s room did not have any towels. But most of all the maintenance man and the cleaning people could not speak any English at all. So it was difficult to ask for what we needed.

Location was good. Not far from where we staying
No towels. had to dry off with hand towels. We asked for towels many times and never got any clean towels. the one we managed to get from one of the staff members, she pulled it out of a trash bag and it was dirty. The fridge wasn’t cold enough so our food spoiled the first day. The breakfast was not good at all. The safe in our room beeped for 2 out of 3 days of our stay and when we got there the elevator was broken so we hade to carry all the luggage up to the 4th floor. Just wasn’t a good fit for vacation!
