- Location was decent.
- Familiar since previous stay. Improved conditions.
- The hotel is absolutely beautiful and located in a great location downtown close to canal Street and many other attractions. There is a great steak house next door for fine dining. I would totally stay here again.
Cons -
- Rooms were heated-Hotel was not.The water in the room was ICE cold every time you turned it on.No water pressure in shower.need to ask for room items.One day room was half-assed cleaned up had a big container of water on bar for guests but shot size cups
- Elevator malfunction at moment of departure for the airport.
