- Upon arrival, the exterior was questionable already. The lady at the front desk was accommodating though. Our room was nothing like the pictures. It was run down, there were roaches, the bathroom door was broken, there were no towels, etc. Canceled.

- No coffee pot in room, saw 1 little roach
