Always have trouble with tv remote when I stay???

The room itself wasn't that bad. You could hear every conversation people had in the hallway and the doors being slammed because they don't close properly

The parking situation is terrible. If you don't get there at a decent time to park in lot a, you are forced to park 2 blocks away in parking lot B or C .a sketchy parking lot with no light or security. There was a cop across the street for a moment, that i spoke to and she said it was a "hot spot for theft". Even the receptionist stated "the kids are out of control. "They just break windows for the fun of it". From inside your room with the tv on, You could hear every conversation people had in the hallway and the doors being slammed because they don't close properly. After we checked out we were charged another 50 bucks. We called up to the hotel to ask why, The person at the desk said it was an amenities charge for using the wifi. There were no available amenities but the wifi. No pool, hot tub, or guest laundry room or anything like it. So i don't understand what the hell the charge is for except the hotel managment being sneaky and greedy. No where did it ever say anything about it when i checked in. They told me about the incidental fee and that was fine. But then pull this bull crap after we left was 100% unacceptable. The lady told me "it's just something they started doing again". I will be disputing the charge. And one thing i won't be doing again is staying at this hotel.
