Comfort Inn Marrero - New Orleans West

When I got there nobody was at the desk front. I had to wait 20 minutes before someone attended me. They need to clean better the common areas. The room smelled like cigarettes.

It's clean, usually cost efficient, close to my family and the staff is always nice!

It was convenient and fast. I checked in, went to the room and showered, then slept like a baby in a very clean and comfortable bed! The place was also quiet.

I missed breakfast. It would be nice if it lasted until 10 or 10:30 AM. Not everyone is an earlybird. Some of us work late hours and need every bit of sleep we can get. Tight schedules mean lots of missed meals and lack of sleep.

The noises coming from the room upstairs and the hallway were too loud and annoying

I like the location was accessible to everything I need.

I did not like the computer system being down and it took a few minutes to get checked in.

The staff was always so courteous and helpful.

The ottomans and the couch could be replaced. The ottomans were bent and the couch was dirty.

It was less than ten minutes to my event at Bayou Segnette. Room was clean and comfortable, had all the necessities.

It was not quite as walkable as it initially appeared on the map.

The room was clean and larger than we expected. It was the perfect distance from downtown. Great stay.

We had trouble reaching the front desk when we needed them but otherwise great stay.

The new small pillow are awfully, I couldn't sleep on those checked out 4 am and left won't go back

The water pressure was a bit low.

The front desk staff were very pleasant as were the staff in the breakfast area.

The room had a funky, wet smell. I ended up putting soap in a tissue and setting that in the air vent. There was mold on the curtains. I killed 3 baby bugs, one in the bathroom and two on the bedside table. The fridge was not cold at all.

Location. It was definitely in the hood/ghetto. Hotel was behind a Dollar store and there wasn¿t anything but fast food around it. So you definitely aren¿t walking anywhere from your hotel.

Hotel dirty. Parking lot unsafe.Toilet broken most of stay so we had to use lobby bathroom. Asked for someone to come w/ plunger to Make toilet work better we were told we could come get one & were given a dollar store one that didn¿t work. So much more¿.

the cleanliness and staff

yes it stated they have a swimming pool but the pool was out of service that's the main reason I chose this hotel!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Evening clerk was FANTASTIC! She was friendly, personable and helped us choose a restaurant.

No breakfast. Hotel advertises breakfast but found out at check in that there would only be a grab bag with a couple of stale pastries. Morning clerk was TERRIBLE. Not even a thank you for staying. In fact she didn't say ONE word, just handed me receipt
