Hotel was just not up to the standards I expect form this chain. Food not as good, Lobby not a nice, Rooms not as comfortable.

I liked it. It had a kitchen and it was right off the high.

The staff at this hotel was By far up and beyond any treatment I¿ve ever received it any major five star hotel. The staff here is genuinely charismatic and wants their clientele to be completely satisfied. It¿s been a pleasure staying here

You can¿t say a bad thing about it anybody booking for personal or business I would highly recommend it

The people who are at the front desk awesome staff. Everybody has a great attitude. They made my experience better than any other hotel I¿ve had to deal with. Thank you

House keeping I use to have to chase the cart to get towels. But if I call the front desk I can get towels toilet paper, anything that I couldn¿t get from housekeeping.

There was no hot water Saturday night or Sunday. Breakfast still prepackaged food. Would be better if it was a buffet style service.

It¿s location. Very close to the highway and close to eating places and grocery stores.

The staff were not as knowledgeable as they should be. They did not have hot breakfast, just packaged food and the first morning there they ran out of food 1 hour before breakfast ended.

It was clean and had a basketball court, pool, grill, utensils, fire pit everything you need to feel right at home.The continental breakfast is good as well!

Only thing was one entrance to hotel was totally flooded but there was an alternate entrance.

The manager was rude. The hotel stunk like a wet dog. They wouldn't let me lay out by the pool because of the covid.. outside.. really??

Location - just a couple minutes from the SpaceCenter! Several restaurants within walking distance.

The elevator was cleaned or sprayed with a very strong smelling chemical. It was unbearable and we used the stairs instead.

The location in regards the places I wanted to visit;25 minutes from New Orleans & 10 minutes from my sister's home in La Place.The room itself offered all the conveniences of home!The fridge, stove & microwave

The rooms especially the bathroom very modern and sleek and comfortable enjoyed my stay.

The fact that is stuck behind a smaller chain hotel in front of it

Mini kitchen with microwave was a bonus. Safe suburban location.

The kitchenette was well equipped.

Well I didn't go to the breakfast buffet because my husband went down ahead of me & the kids, and he didn't like it.
