Best Western La Place Inn

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. Easy to work with. Thoughtful & kind. I have a sprained wrist and he carried my bag to my room and offered me a bottle of water. Great customer service.

We were running a little behind on Sunday to check out. I called the front desk to ask for a little more time. The lady who answered put me on hold, I understood that. No problem. But, when I told her what I wanted she sighed rudely and said ok. Rude.

Room clean and modern. Everything worked. Large fridge. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The room stunk like mildew and the carpet was wet. Had to spray most of my perfume to even get the smell out. The television was set on one channel, couldn¿t change it from the remote.

Handicapped bathroom. The pictures showed a jacuzzi style tub and I really wanted it for my surprise for my boyfriend. Everything else was nice.

I had a problem with 1st room I received and young lady at check in desk immediately moved us to a more satisfying room.

If you are not a smoker don't ask or settle for because 1st room was disgusting had to request to move room reeked of weed smell and piss

Location, as a professional truck driver it was located right next to a truckstop.

250 fine if you smoke yet when I walked into my bathroom I could smell pot had been smoked either in the bathroom or coming in from the vent over my head.tried to call the office from the room the phone didn’t work I called from my cell

The breakfast was good.

The first room we were in my daughter had a roach on her bed. They moved us to another room because of this. I wanted my money refunded. They would not refund me. Also the fact that there are no elevators is horrible.

Very clean and affordable

No room service the two days we were there. Room was not clean no beds were made and no fresh towels was brought in. Until we notified front desk of no housekeeping service and we needed clean linen and towels.

The location was excellent, the room layout was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was GREAT, and staff at breakfast was very helpful. Loved having mini fridge & microwave in room (though fridge was a bit frozen over in the back, so not very cold)

The AC unit was in the front room (by the fold out couch), so the bedroom (where my husband & I slept) tended to get hot, while the front room (where our son slept on the fold-out couch) was freezing. Floor was dirty/dusty under side table & side of couch

truck noise and motorcycle noise from the highway came right thru the door and windows.

Convenient location and clean, comfortable room.

Carpet in room had stains, attendant that checked us in was rude and unhelpful.
