Hampton Inn Laplace

It was a very nice room and was close to highway 10.

The bathroom floor was very dirty and my wife cleaned it with a towel. The score would have been a 10 if not for that.

The location for my needs was close enough to go to (Mardi Gras) but away from the high prices and crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful. One desk girl was VERY helpful with her information of where we needed to go and directions.

Clean, great breakfast, most of the hotel staff was kind.

Be aware: Hotel room's A/C was on motion sensors so I woke up in the middle of the first night soaking wet (sleeping equals no A/C!) Thankfully the maintenance person was able to switch A/C to automatic mode the second night & I had no issues afterwards.

Breakfast was great.

Needed some definite repairs. The hot tub need repairing, and still had stagnet water in it. Pool was clean though.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious.

Not enough towels in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel could be cleaner. Lots of trash in the parking lot and out front of the hotel.

Hotel Employee was great he helped us our whole stay and even with extending our stay. He was very helpful.. overall the whole stay was awesome not one issue.

Hotel was ok. Staff was pre-occupied with their own conversations. Guests had to interrupt their conversations to get assistance. For the price, this should be A-1 quality and service. It was NOT

It was a little musty in the room.

It was close to the interstate for travel and the room and it's accommodations were great.

Got a little warm in the room at night even with air on

The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and thin.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean

The rabbits and the raccoons running around the parking lot when you park your car at night or go to get in your car and I parked under the canopy and guest service lady said couldn't park there so I had to come back out with my wife when she had to go take care of some business, she was scared of your animals

It was very clean and the vicinity to the hwy made it easy to get to. The free breakfast bar was great. I especially like the choice of fresh fruits.

The only thing I could think of was the lack of towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels
