Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites La Place By IHG

Friendly staff, clean facilities and great location.

Very clean! Service was good.

Bed was meh but not uncomfortable.

It was right off highway, didn't have to find it,and the young man was awesome the rooms very clean, roomy and the rest was OK cause it has itz on soap n lotin to get ourselves ready to go,and the breakfast was ok,even though I thought I smell bacon,

The,the toilet tissue was for to reach and get,I never had to sit down backwards on a toilet seatthe commode was so low I had to find something to grab on to get up,every stoop I made, further than that it was marvelous,if I happen to come bac I stop

Very clean. When I gave the desk clerk my last name, he greeted me by my first name and said they were expecting us. Nice!

Clean well appointed rooms in a newer facility

Not a great location

Parking was excellent. We received free WiFi. Complimentary breakfast was offered. Hotel was quiet and I didn't see any animals.

In the 1st room, tv would not work and we had to change rooms.

The hotel was ok,Our rooms were not serviced on a daily basis. We complained to front desk, they finally sent someone up that night to pick up trash and provide clean towels. When I checked out I asked the young lady at the front desk why no one called me

She stated she forgot.

Friendly staff. Easy access off the highway. Nice sized rooms. Nice clean modern updated bathrooms.

Breakfast was not the greatest, but still good for a free meal. Some of the equipment was down like the orange juice machine. I know that was an isolated incident.

Everything was 10/10 , the cleanings, the staff, the location. Would Highly recommend if you are coming into the city to visit family and friends!!!

What a great location! Just 20 mins from the airport. The room was clean and well stocked with coffee, shower supplies, & ironing board/iron. The beds were comfortable and I fell in love with the down pillows! Staff was friendly & helpful.

Nothing I did not like.

It¿s location

Wayyyyyyy overpriced. Kids running in the hallways screaming, yelling, and slamming doors and the hotel could have cared less. They refused to do anything about it.

Staff and cleanliness

Breakfast is still not available

The loud neighbors above us woke me up at 1:30 AM. I phoned the front desk and within a few minutes, it was nothing but silence for the rest of the night. Thank you for handling the noise complaint right away. Rest of hotel stay was as expected.

The bathroom could've been a little cleane, there was hair on the counter top and shower from the previous guest, but overall I enjoyed my stay and besides the bathroom, my room was clean.

Location was nice, easily accessible and parking was somewhat spacious although if you have a trailer it could be challenging. Rooms were modern and clean.

Grab and go breakfast needed more choices, it was lacking in healthy options

A relatively new spotless, immaculate hotel.Front desk staff exceptionally polite, well groomed and pleasant. Breakfast, Covid style, was offered.(All items behind front desk. He poured my coffee and put prepackaged muffin and an orange in a bag to go.)

Room was big and clean; bed was super comfortable

Only thing lacking was breakfast. We were told there were grab & go bags daily with coffee but never saw & were down in lobby at various times in the morning throughout week. Totally understand it’s COVID but don’t mention it at check in if it’s not

The room was the perfect size for me and my kids. I have 4 kids and got a queen suite. It had 2 queen beds and pullout couch. Everyone had a comfortable spot. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My kids loved the pool.

Room was insanely small. so small they shoved a chair in the room that was smashed against the a/c and bed, really no way to use it. The 6 inch walk pace from of the bed was due to the desk, funny there wants even a chair for it bc space was tight.
