Quality Inn Kinder near Casino

Check-in was easy. Parking was easy. It was in a good location relative to the casino. Breakfast was simple, but I did like the waffles.

A swimming pool was in the amenity listing. There is NO pool. The room was not very clean. The cover is missing from the bathroom light switch.

Everything here was as one would expect given the rating, price, and staff. In fact, my experience was a bit unique, yet; the staff accomodated for personal necessities and more. For their exemplary and professional service I rate my stay the highest rate

I was not notified about the pet charges beforehand, but expected it. No fault of their own, but the online agency who booked the stay for me. I had to find it in the details, which ultimately points back to me anyway.

Very clean. Exactly as described. Peaceful, no noise at all. Everything worked great, such as A/C, water pressure excellent, plenty of towels and shower supplies. Hotel property clean, store right beside hotel, gasoline right there. We will return here.

Location and the people are nice. Price maybe.

Room was not clean electrical plugs for the ac was bad had to move around to get to work, bugs and spider webs on ceiling toilet seat was broken water in the shower would go hot then cold. Breakfast was not worth even going to the front for.

Roaches, trash can full not empty, ice machine not working, cable tv picture not clear, no breakfast, hotel lobby not open,staff not friendly ,plants in landscape dead.hotel building in disrepair, needs complete upgrade.

The staff was rude...the room was dirty...floor was very dusty there was spider on one of the beds and also some other little bugs itching all night...pretty sure bed bugs.... woke up with spider webs on my shoe as if it just built a web as I was sleeping

Room was not the cleanest and not in good repair shower had very little pressure.

I could see it if I paid $--- a night but I paid over $--- not a good place for the price. Will not stay here again

We were displaced and the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

Had to take our used towels down to get new towels. I kind of understand because we didn¿t utilize housekeeping while we were there. I¿ve never had to do that before and what made more sense to me is housekeeping coming to us to make the exchange.

Nothing, I was totally disappointed for the price I payed

The hotel room floor was dirty, the toilet didn¿t work properly, ironing board was broken, sheets were stained. And that¿s just some of the issues.

There was nothing good about this place,

we arrived with no comforter on bed, room smelled like smoke in an non smoking room. There was cigarette buds in one of the dresser drawers, the AC was so old and rusted did work well. There was no shower curtain, no toilet paper.

Cleanliness was horrible. Hair dryer was built up with gunk. Thank goodness I brought mine from home. Found empty ziplock bag and hair on bathtub wall. Only thing good was a/c was cold. Only one lamp in room worked. Clock was not even plugged in.

Unclean, smelly, poorly kept up. There was abused bar of soap in the shower and a garbage pail without a liner sitting on top of the bathroom counter. Hardly any toilet paper.

NOTHING BUT A PLACE TO SLEEP.

FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY. VERY DIRTY, VERY SMELLY, VERY DUSTY.A SLIVER OF SOAP. COFFEE POT NOT CLEANED. JUST A SMALL ROLL OF TOILET PAPER NO EXTRAS. SMOKE STAINED ABOVE DOOR TO OUTSIDE LIKE THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A FIRE AT ONE TIME AND NEVER CLEANED.

It had a bad mildew smell. Beds were not comfortable. There were no blankets.

Nothing, they did not have the correct room for me Just had to take what they had.

The reception at the desk did not seem to know what she was doing, had babies in the office crying.
