- Cleanliness, staff so kind and helpful. Love little breakfast carryout bag..

- The elevators
- Omelets at breakfast dry, tasteless. We prefer scrambled. Wish their were biscuits
- Staff could not find my reservation on arrival. Had to stand around for at least 20 minutes while they discussed whether or not to honor it. They told me they did not like to rent through third-party people.
