- I liked how as soon as I walked up to the front desk agents they acknowledged me and greeted me first and automatically knew that I was there to check in. The lady that was working there she took her time to explain all the instructions of the whole check-in process especially the incidental fee which I appreciate it.
- Location wasn't to bad
- The staff went out of their way to help us change our reservation when our travel plans changed. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.
Cons -
- N/a
- No microwave in room, the room phone wouldn't dial out to front desk when the toilet stopped up.
- The beds were hard and would be better with pillowtop pads.
