Ceiling fans!!! Greatest thing ever in a room

I wish the bed had bigger pillows. Felt like i was sleeping on a couch cushion.

I loved the location, the pool, the fresh cookies upon arrival, the staff. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast looked good, but I didn¿t eat it because we were busy going elsewhere. I highly recommend this place and would stay again if I had to.

The only thing is the bed was a bit sunken in the middle, but we lived. Still very comfortable otherwise.

Could not get in the room due to the metal latch on the inside was broken. Hotel staff spent about 20 minutes working on it with a screwdriver. They said it happens all the time. I suggested they may want to get it fixed.

Vent in bathroom at blackish dust on it. Didn¿t look like mold but needed to be dusted

Location location location. It was very close to the location I was working at.

If I were to suggest a change, it would be to swap out the existing coffee makers for small Keurigs. I travel with my own K-cups, because I'm particular about my coffee. So, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't compatible with K-cups. That's it.

It was conveniently located. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast could use a few more options on the hot side.

the friendliness as we came through the doors each and every time was wonderful. The room was extremely clean.

We enjoyed every aspect.

Everything was wonderful. We usually with SPG hotels and when they are not available in a particular city we choose Hampton Inns. This Hampton Inn was by far one of the nicest and the staff was definitely the best---cordial, helpful.

Coziness, it felt good

The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and competent. Plenty of healthy options for breakfast, great coffee, and pleasant environment. I like all the green area for walking our dogs too. I really like this hotel and happy to stay here on future visits to the area.

luggage trolleys: some had bad wheels, very difficult to move. carpet in lobby area is in poor condition.

The bed was hard, not very comfortable.

The room was clean. The water pressure was good in the shower. There was the nicest welcome gift (it was the day after Christmas) waiting inside the room for us. A little stocking with my name painted on it that was filled with goodies. Everyone was pleasant; someone at the front desk even found safety pins to help with a Dress Emergency.

The mattress was completely worn out. It tilted to one side, sagged, and I could feel the springs. It is not what I expect from a Hampton Inn. I did not sleep at all.Also, towels were a precious commodity. There was one per person in the bathroom, and when we asked for more, we were told we would have to wait until people checked out and those towels were washed. They didn't have extras, and we were told they aren't allowed to give more than 2 towels. Eventually we did get towels but I received no response about the mattress issue.

We tried to cancel the reservation but could not get through to anyone on line or direct dial. The phone number on the confirmation was completely wrong and when we tried to call direct we still couldn’t get through. Even our confirmation numbers didn’t match the one the 3 rd party needed to cancel. We had car issues and we’re not going to be able to arrive on 09/11. Very, very frustrating. We would like a credit on the billing since we did not stay at the hotel.

We booked this room for guests for our wedding. Mrs. Francis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us get everything paid for prior to our guests arriving so we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day! Thank you!

Bad customer service

They never swapped my dates over at Hampton Inn after confirming the date change with booking.com. when arrived, they said we were a no show and canceled room and charged me. We are still fighting to get refunded for their mistake!
