Everything was excellent! The staff, the lobby, elevators, hotel room! No complaints whatsoever. Parking was great. There is construction on the road but I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Location.

I was very dissatisfied with this room. The bathroom was very dirty, there was hair all over vanity and the bath floor had yellow stains and dirt buildup and mold around the corners. The sinks pipe was disconnected so all the water came out underneath.

I didn¿t care for the fact that one of the staff members was blocking of the handicapped parking spaces with chairs and tape for certain people, which prevented others with handicap persons from parking in the spaces

Room, Bed & Floor smelled/looked clean. The towels were thick and soft and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great - nice variety. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be coming back to this property.

No meat variety. Can not eat pork for health reasons. Maybe turkey or chicken sausage? Other than that, breakfast was great.

I don’t have any complaints. Due to construction of a roundabout near the property it was difficult at peak times to get in and out of the property. Hopefully, that will alleviate once construction is completed,

Front desk person in the evening when we checked in and when we checked out the next morning or exceptional very nice very sweet. The room was huge very clean very comfortable. Great job!

The customer service was off the charts!!! Thanks to Ms. Pauline, Ms. Roxanne, Ms. Lewisa, and I didn't get the lady's name that brought the food out, but she was courteous as well. That breakfast was the best! I hope I didn't leave anone out :) The bed was comfortable, and room was super clean. We extended our stay! We will definitely be back soon.

The bathtub water was brown at first, so I had to let it run a little, but other than that...everything else was good.

There's construction on the highway making it a little difficult to access the property but I understand that is something that can't be helped.

I was moved to the location by the booking company but i reserved different hotel with a pool for my honeymoon.

New & clean & nice bar/food. Comfortable beds. Nice staff.

It was a very nice and spacious facility.

Trying to find the front desk was a little confusing. Not to mention the road construction out front was annoying, but that ought to be finished soon.

It had a fresh, clean feel in the lobby. When I arrived, I was already checked in so that saved me some time. Room was comfortable and clean.

I didn’t like that there were ice machines on only two floors. There was no signage to indicate this.

Conveniently located near Tanger Outlet. Great price. Very clean comfortable room. Friendly employees and an amazing restaurant on site!

So first off love this hotel , the courtyard patio area is super tranquil and the hotel staff was top tier. I loved the room bathroom could of been a little bigger but all in all was a great stay thoroughly enjoyed my stay !

Dinner at Frenches

Breakfast was priced high for a buffet. Looked more like an upscale continental breakfast.

I booked with booking and chose 2 queen beds. We arrived later in the evening and was informed that they only had a king room available for us and didn’t have any other rooms available.
