Sink was broke lizards in the room, toilet was broken

Location is great! Very close to my job.

It smelled weird, & I had a lot of trouble with my door not opening. The guy said it was because they recently painted, but I literally could not open it by myself. I had to go get help all the time. I also didn¿t have a drain plug in my bathroom.

Very clean and friendly staff.

TV didn¿t work and they didn¿t have a room to offer me to relocate. Toilet wasn¿t cleaned properly.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Surprisingly from a less expensive hotel.

One light bulb was out in the room but everything else was perfect

Bugs. Spiders and roaches. Toilet dirty. Hard as a rock mattresses. Did not space out occupied rooms

Morning front desk management and the lack of security locks on the door.

Absolutely nothing. This is a scary dive. Room appeared nice and exactly as the photo shows. Property and room smelt bad and felt very unsafe. Was watched by a drug dealer both days there. Didn¿t even dare go find the ice machine. Maid was friendly.

Lobby isn¿t open, the worker was sitting in the lobby smoking & playing on his phone. I went in a side door with a glass barrier. Room smelt like pot, stains on the couch, hair on the shower walls, dirty wash cloth in shower curtain.

Clean and its location Hotel looks to be newly up dated.

Bathroom wasn't up dated shower head needed to be replaced and the whole toilet needs to be replaced.

Bathroom tile was broken, roaches in the bathroom.. bedding had burnt hole.

Cleanliness. Stained sofa. Smell. Toilet did not flush. They gave me a plunger to deal with it myself.

Toilet was clogged and no maintenance personnel available. We were bought a plunger for US to use. NO REFUND WAS OFFERED FOR OUR SERVICES

It was centrally located to where i was traveling

The place appears shabbier than the pics and several things inside the room didnt work...such as the refrigerator and the hair dryer among other things

The location was the worst and the star rating was totally incorrect with being a 2.5 star

We demand a refund from the hotel.

Our room had a broken a/c. When we called the front desk, we were told there was nothing that could be done, and we would have to call back to speak to a manager the following day. We have called 5 times, and were told each time there was no manager.

The price was great! The area had lots to do and eat. Very clean. Great staff.

The toilet didn't flush very well

Convenient to I-10 very clean staff friendly helpful great place to stay I was on business and I think it deserves at least 1 more star very nice would stay there again and recommend to friends.

It was close to work for the weekend.

Hwy 30 is always busy, traffic noise late at night.

To service women were very nice

The BREAKFEST isn't really breakfest it's honey buns, muffins and a waffle maker we're they won't even provide butter to prevent the waffle from sticking to the maker smh!
